FIELD: cardiology, intensive therapy, resuscitation, applicable for estimation of efficiency of medicinal therapy. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in monitoring-computer supervision directly before injection or change of the dose of preparation with subsequent individualization of the mathematical model on the basis of the obtained data and revealing of the fundamental and accompanying processes on the basis of this model. In addition, during its injection or change of the dose of preparation and after injection during its time of action monitoring-computer supervision is carried out, and distinguishing of the fundamental and accompanying pathologic processes in real time is accomplished. According to the ratio of the indices of heaviness of the functional state after and before injection of preparation the efficiency of actions of preparation for individual state of the patient is estimated. If this ratio has a positive value, it is stated that the action of preparation is effective, and vice versa. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of estimation of efficiency of medicinal therapy. 2 cl, 2 dwg
