FIELD: cardiovascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: method consists in determining regional blood circulation. With reduced regional blood circulation, lactate and potassium ion contents are determined in two blood samples taken from artery and regional vein or from two veins in different regions. When there is no difference in lactate and potassium ion contents in two samples, adequacy of blood circulation is stated; when deviation in lactate content is revealed in the sample on the side with reduced blood circulation, inadequacy or insufficiency of regional blood circulation is stated; and when excess of lactate and potassium ions in any sample is found, more expressed insufficiency or later phase of insufficiency are stated. EFFECT: increased diagnostic accuracy. 1 dwg
