SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the surgery method to minimize the volume of malignant mass in combination with intramuscular administration of a mixture of native DNA and anthracycline antibiotic. The mixture has 5 mg of anthracycline antibiotic dissolved in 4 ml of solvent, 75 mg of DNA and 2 ml of 0.5% novocaine solution. The total dose of anthracycline antibiotic is 50 mg for course of treatment.
