FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is used for treatment of patients having chest trauma. Device has T-piece, two coaxial branch pipes of which are coupled permanently to main channel of tube with holes and to tube channel for endoscope introduction and capillary drainage. Third branch pipe is coupled to valve jacket by means of flexible tube and branch pipe of valve jacket cover. Bottom of valve jacket is fitted with needle for detachable joint with pipe union of flexible container. Tube with holes at working end is made of flexible polymeric material, and fixing assembly is represented by two lugs at distal end of tube positioned perpendicularly to tube axis. EFFECT: higher reliability of drainage in case of chest trauma. 2 cl, 1 dwg
