FIELD: manufacture of products containing metallic portions, for example by rolling, powder metallurgy, extrusion or welding methods including explosion welding process, possibly for making structures in building, machine engineering and other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: tubular laminate construction material has cross section at least with two layers. In boundary of outer and(or) inner face at least of one layer at least a part of line of cross section boundary is in the form of fragment of oblique cone section of straight round cone. It provides enhanced technological effectiveness and lowered material consumption at making articles of such tubular laminate construction material due to use of combination of fragments of oblique cone sections of straight round cone confluenting one to another and having parameters in range predicted before shaping operations. EFFECT: enhanced technological effectiveness and lowered material consumption of articles of sheet laminate construction material. 21 cl, 16 dwg
