FIELD: power engineering; heating liquids and gases, producing steam. SUBSTANCE: service liquid is conveyed from pump 1, and furnace gases from burner 22, to jet apparatus 6. Direct-contact liquid-to-gas heat exchange, settling of solid particles in liquid, steam condensation, and surface-contact exchange between gas and product being heated occur in mixing chambers. Gravitational separation of gas-liquid mixture takes place in sediment bowl 15 wherein gas is separated and exhausted into atmosphere by means of draft fan 45; settled liquid is passed to heater 1. Steam-jet apparatus 37 functions as pump and boiler for heating and hot-water supply systems. All heaters are mounted in common housing. According to invention, additional mixing chambers are introduced. EFFECT: reduced metal input, enlarged heating surface area per unit of mass and volume of apparatus. 5 cl, 1 dwg
