FIELD: swirling jet devices. SUBSTANCE: blower has swirl chamber with tangentially attached nozzle and active medium inlet pipe, side member with hole mounted on swirl chamber, bottom, scroll case with delivery pipe, passive-medium suction pipe incorporating conical and inlet sections and extension piece. Blower also has throttle valve, access hole, gas pipe, and passive-medium distributor with vortex swirler attached to side member. Conical section of passive-medium nozzle is combined with hole in side member to form annular clearance; inlet section of passive-medium nozzle is attached to lead screw provided with supporting nut to form end clearance between inlet section of passive-medium nozzle and supporting nut secured to swirler; suction pipe is tangentially attached to swirler; throttle valve has inlet pipe connected to active-medium inlet pipe and outlet pipe connected to suction pipe; access hole is provided on side member; gas pipe is attached to bottom coaxially to axis of revolution of swirling flow.
