FIELD: automation and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has first and second input buses, sign inverter, first and second relay units, each of which has comparator, which controls state of closing and opening gates. Direct comparator input of one relay unit through first and second resistors with equal resistance is connected to first and second input buses respectively. Its inverting input is connected to ground line. Inverting and direct inputs of another relay unit are connected to first and second input buses respectively. Input of sign inverter is connected to first input bus and to input terminal of closing gate of first relay unit. Its output is connected to input terminal of opening gate of first relay unit. Output terminals of closing and opening gates of first relay unit are connected to respectively input terminals of opening and closing gates of second relay unit, which outputs are joined and provide device output.
