FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: base of material is titanium nickelide at porosity 8-90%, isotropic penetrability coefficient is 2 x 10-13 - 2 10-5 м2 and the following distribution of pores by sizes: 10-2-10-1 mcm 1-5%, 10-1÷101 5-10, 10-100, 10-20; 100-400, 20-50; 400-1 000, 50-10 and above 1 000 - the rest. Porosity of material increases its physico-chemical properties - strength, corrosion resistance, superelasticity, deformation cyclostability. Variation of porosity at indicated limits determines the range of material use, i. e. degree of its universality as an implant.
