SUBSTANCE: perform bleeding control by a wound stypage at surgical treatment of flesh wounds of lien. As a tamponing agent use granules permeable-porous titan nickelide of 10-1000 microns in size, 20-50 % porosity. In that specific case after preliminary exiccation fill the wound with necessary volume of granules of permeable-porous titan nickelide. In other case the granules of a permeable-porous titan nickelide administer in bleeding wound in the quantity providing their maintenance of 40-60 % on volume in formed suspension.
EFFECT: provision of constant and reliable hemostasis; simplification of actions of the surgeon and reduction of operation time.
