FIELD: mixing of the first component such as parenterally injected fluid medium (27) with the second component, such as a medicinal means securely held by supporting structure (50) for production of medicinal substance directly injected to patient. SUBSTANCE: the device uses mechanisms for connection of glass vial 30 with provision of integration, the vial contains the first component, to housing (12) having an outlet (22) for fluid medium. Housing (12) accommodates hermetically sealed container (44) containing the second component. Subsequent adjustable mixing of components is carried out in sterile conditions for formation of a solution to be injected, which automatically is forced out through outlet (22) for fluid medium. Provision is made for addition of preset components, chemical compounds and biologically active substances, drugs inclusive, to a solvent or other parenterally injected fluid medium in a sterile medium, contained inside the glass vial.
