On the inner surface of the disks on the fixed axes, angular conical milling cutters are mounted with the possibility of rotation. The milling cutters are mounted with the possibility of entering the right disk into the cavity formed by the milling cutters of the left disk.

EFFECT: mounting milling cutters with the possibility of rotation on the disks ensures increasing the grinding efficiency and the duration of the milling cutter operation without sharpening.
