FIELD: wood-working industry, applicable for sawing, precise location and spacing of churlish wooden laminated materials and wood-shaving items faced by natural and artificial veneer. SUBSTANCE: installed in the saw blade are the cutting members of cubic boron nitride of cylinder shape with a diameter exceeding the blade width. The cutting members have the main cutting edge formed by sharpening of the front cutting face in the plane located at an acute angle to the axis of the cutting member and the rear working face in the plane located at an acute angle to the cylinder base. The side cutting members are sharpened in the plane making up acute angles both with the cylinder base and with the plane passing through its base.
