FIELD: transport engineering; protection of operator from vibration caused by operation of mechanisms or road irregularities. SUBSTANCE: seat has base, frame with cushion and backrest connected for movement relative to base through rigid links and hinge joints, frame height adjusters and springs stationary installed between base and frame. Novelty is design is provision of additional springs and vibration isolators, each being made of S-shaped bar and secured by ends on braces of horizontal L-shaped brackets of base and frame. Axes of vibration isolators lie in planes parallel to axes of rigid links which are equal in length and are installed on base and frame parallel to each other. Each additional spring is secured by one end in lower part of frame and is provided with T-shaped strip with hole on other end. T-shaped strip is fitted in V-shaped slots of frame and it can engage with one of bars installed for longitudinal displacement in bushings rigidly secured on base coaxially with holes in T-shaped strips. Each bushing has cross slot. Spring-loaded lock installed in cross slot engages with bar. EFFECT: enhanced vibration protection, reliability and comfort of seat. 2 cl, 4 dwg
