Plastic connecting part is installed stationary relative to holder between and rocker. Holder and rocker have U-shaped section in place of connection. Rocker is arranged in holder to permit fitting-in connecting part in between, and projection is provided on each web of U-shaped section in place of arrangement of turning axle fitted for turning into connecting part.
