FIELD: agricultural technology. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with method, humanness are dissolved in activated alkali water. Components of complex solutions are dissolved in activated water with simultaneous ionization and magnetization of volume mass in dynamics of electrolysis process. Device is made in the form of vessel with cover. Installed in central hole of cover is journal with axial hole for passing of electric cord. Suspended from journal is mounting plate, and fastened on this plate are parts of alternating current rectifier and electrodes made of stainless steel of any configuration. Installed on electrodes are strips of permanent magnets and of other metals. Self-contained elementary-grouped water divider is made in the form of polymeric vessel. Middle part of vessel has perforated holes and is wrapped in filtration material and wound in hemp cord. Application of aforesaid method and device adds more efficiency to solutions.
