Proposed steel has components at the following ratio, wt. -%: carbon 0.2-0.3; silicon 0.17-0.37; manganese 0.25-0.6; chrome 1.4-1.8; molybdenum 0.25-0.40; vanadium 0.7-1.1; titanium 0.06-0.12; boron 0.003-0.005; calcium 0.005-0.01, iron - the rest.
