FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for carrying out isolation operations in drilling and overhaul repair of wells, for isolation and opening of productive beds. Device has two pipes which are located concentrically and with clearance. Mounted on ends of device are centralizers. Device is provided with sealing members, end-mounted hydraulic cylinders with pistons and wedges, non-return valve with seat for pressure-forcing plug and easily destructible stoppers which connect annular space and casing clearance. Wedges are adapted for interaction with external pipe, widening of ends of this pipe and pressure forcing of its sealing members into walls of well. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device ensures effective isolation and opening of productive oil beds. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
