Isolating command has following components, mass%: ureaformaldehyde resin 10-45, non-ionogenic surface-active substance 0.01-10, isopropyl alcohol 0.1-10, ammonium chloride 0.01-8, water - the balance, or ureaformaldehyde resin 10-45, non-ionogenic surface-active substance 0.01-10, isopropyl alcohol 0.1-10, magnesium chloride 5-35, ammonium chloride 0.01-8, water - the balance. Application of aforesaid reagent and compound ensures reduction of bed permeability together with wide time-temperature interval of hardening and frost-resistance of these materials.
