FIELD: forest chemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing active substances from fir wood greens. Method involves milling fir wood greens, saponification of lipids by treatment of milled raw with 5-10% alkali an aqueous solution at the room temperature. Then an organic solvent is added to composition of the formed emulsion at the volume ratio mixture : solvent = (1: 0.1)-(1:0.5) and then a mixture is treated by ultrasonic oscillation. Then neutral lipid substances are extracted from obtained emulsion by extraction with petroleum ether. EFFECT: increased yield of the end product. 11 ex
