FIELD: biochemistry, natural raw processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing coniferous wood greens. Wood greens is milled, treated with 5-10% an alkali aqueous solution and petroleum ether is added to the saponificated mixture at volume ratio = (1:0.1)-(1:0.5). Then mixture is sonicated and neutral substances are extracted with petroleum ether from lipids emulsion formed in an aqueous-alkaline solution. Acid lipids are extracted with diethyl ether after acidification of an aqueous-alkaline solution with mineral acid and neutral lipids isolation. Obtained product can be used for lipid substances preparing (drugs and vitamins). EFFECT: improved method of lipids isolation. 1 tbl, 3 ex
