SUBSTANCE: department has unified forward and return pipelines and unified input and output thermomold collectors of circulation systems of heat carrier and cooling agent. Line which supplies cooling agent from air system of department is positioned upstream from unified forward pipeline. It passes directly through heater of high-temperature heat carrier, and its output is provided with reducer designed to control pressure of outcoming heated cooling agent. Unified forward and return pipelines and unified thermomold collectors may consist of internal and external pipes for supplying heat carrier and cooling agent, respectively. Outlet branch pipes of unified thermomold input collectors are fitted with adjustable slide valves. EFFECT: simplified production line. 2 cl, 9 dwg
