FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: thermoformed-thermal formwork consists of four separate L-shaped thermoelements of thermal formwork, assembled, for example, in the massive frame, where each thermal element of thermal formwork consists of two parts: first - horizontal part, which serves for producing the part of pre-stressed reinforced-concrete covering and consists of lower power compartment in cross section, on top of which an independent thermal pallet with inlet and outlet branch pipes is installed through the thermal insulation for circulation of the coolant (H) in it with heating temperature T °C = 70-100 °C, second - vertical part of the thermal element required for making the walls of the massive frame, includes vertical thermal formwork including the thermal bay with inlet and outlet branch pipes for circulation of the coolant in it with heating temperature T °C = 70-100 °C. Each thermal element of the massive frame is installed in the lower part on its own transport trolley and is connected hingedly with it, that makes it possible to move the thermal elements and the trolleys in horizontal and vertical directions, wherein the frameless buildings massive frame assembled of four L-shaped thermoelements, forms horizontal thermal formwork of pre-stressed reinforced-concrete covering from the horizontal sections of the thermoelements, working valves tension of which is made by the thermal unit consisting of the stressed element located above and of the power element located at the bottom, wherein horizontal thermal formwork of the covering contains the fixed power stops at the ends of cross-bar frame, the first and the second, fixed to the ends of power compartments of the thermoelements horizontal part, at the same time at a distance of length of the stressed element of the thermal unit from the second fixed power stop of the closure horizontal thermal formwork the fixed power support is placed, wherein inside and in the first fixed power stop there are slots for reinforcements with anchors at the ends of prestressed reinforced-concrete covering. Joint of the semi-frames, each one consisting of two L-shaped thermal elements has a removable insert with height in cross-section, equal to height of covering, and the girders connected to the ends of power compartments by detachable connections, e.g. bolts, and to ensure constant thickness of vertical walls thermoformed-thermal formwork is equipped with special retainers arranged uniformly inside the wall in vertical, for example, asbestos tubes of definite diameter and length, strictly equal to thickness of the wall. Holders are fixed to the vertical walls of the thermoelements.
EFFECT: invention relates to thermoformed-thermal formworks for making the massive precast and monolithic reinforced-concrete structures of frameless buildings with pre-stressed reinforced-concrete covering.
