FIELD: drinking water production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants providing disinfecting and conditioning of water from unverified sources. Filling bed includes, successively in water passage direction, the following layers, vol. parts: silver-containing adsorbent 0.5-1.5, iodine-containing material 1.0-3.0, anionite in halide form 1.0-3.0, carbon adsorbent 0.5- 3.0, and fluorine-containing adsorbent 0.8-3.5. Additionally, fibrous polymer material can be present in amounts 0.1 to 4.0 vol. parts and weighing 10 to 600 g/m, which is disposed in the form of insertions between layers or in the form of flexible sacs. Silver-containing adsorbent is a mixture of silver-containing ionite with silver content 0.1-0.4 g per 1 g of ionite and carbon adsorbent at their volume ratio (0.3-1.0):(0-1.0). Fluorine-containing adsorbent is ionite containing hard-soluble fluoride in amount 0.05-0.4 g per 1 g of ionite. Fluorine-containing adsorbent layer can be located either after silver-containing adsorbent layer or after anionite layer. High-quality drinking water thus produced protects against radionuclides and prevents carries development. EFFECT: improved quality of drinking water. 10 cl, 2 tbl, 4 ex
