FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the composition showing biological activity and containing an organic solvent. As the biologically active substance the composition has difficultly soluble substance, its solubility is less 0.5 g/100 ml and the statistical copolymer of the formula: 
where x = 0-16 and n and m > 1 as a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone. The content of vinyl ester is 5-90% of copolymer weight at weight ratio of biologically active substance and copolymer from 1:0.2 to 1:10. The composition has additionally at least one surface-active substance at its ratio in the composition 0.001-10 weight part per 1 weight part of biologically active substance.
