FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: facing tile is intended for heat-insulation of walls of buildings and structures. Tile is of L-shape configuration and it is made up of facing part and flange. Tile is provided with layers of heat-insulating material such as foamed polystyrene. These layers are located in facing part of tile and in flange part. Layers are overlapping each other in height of tile and they create technological clearance between themselves. Heat-insulating layer in flange is located at side of flange which is opposite to heat-insulating layer in facing part of tile. Horizontal dimension of heat-insulating layer is not less than horizontal dimension of tile. Aforesaid embodiment of facing tile possessing heat-insulating properties prevents formation of straightline "bridges of cold". It is simple in design and allows for giving up development and designing of large-size heat-insulating structures of load-bearing walls which is especially important for high-rise buildings. Application of aforesaid facing heat-insulating tile reduces cost and periods of erection of buildings. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
