FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: goal of invention is achieved by introduced master frequency oscillator and flip-flop circuit with separate dynamic inputs. Microcontroller which is provided in device has two built-in timers, one of which is used for converting duration of pulse-width signal of phase pulse mismatch from frequency detector and divider into digital code. Second timer is used for alteration of duration of electric motor control pulse. Firmware of microcontroller provides regulation of electric motor rotation frequency, outputs function for switching transistors of power transformer and provides logical protection against regulation inversion upon error in alternation sequence of pulses from divider and frequency detector. EFFECT: increased precision of stabilization of direct current electric motor rotation frequency. 3 dwg
