FIELD: electrical engineering; speed and shaft position control systems of dc motor.
SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in electric drive is memory register whose outputs are connected through control bus to microcontroller; interrupt control input of the latter is connected to output of speed transducer and to gating input of memory register. Information inputs of this register are connected to respective outputs of frequency divider whose complementing input is connected to master-frequency oscillator. Microcontroller software provides for stabilization of motor speed or its shaft position, generation of mechanism for change-over of power converter transistors, and logic protection against failure of control in compliance with chosen control algorithm.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of motor speed and its shaft position control due to reduced error in time-pulse conversion.
