FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises continuously feeding phenol-formaldehyde resin, prepared mixture of free-flowing components and hardener and ultrasound spraying of resin melt, mixing, homogenation and thermostatic control. Hardener is used as solution and it is introduced into mixer by ultrasound spraying. As spraying is carried out, electrostatic charges of opposite potentials are applied onto resin melt and hardener solution. EFFECT: improved quality of phenolic plastics. 3 ex
