COMPLEX FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF PHENOPLASTS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for continuous production of phenoplasts. SUBSTANCE: complex has screw mixer with system of zone thermostating; main lines supplying resin melt and loose materials; main line connecting resin melt supplying line with mixer; vacuum chamber with ultrasonic sprayer installed at its inlet. Ultrasonic sprayer includes source of ultrasound with rod concentrator of longitudinal vibrations and heated bushing with resin melt supplying channel, embracing said rod. Complex has main line for supply of curing solution connected with vacuum chamber through ultrasonic sprayer. The latter includes source of ultrasound with rod concentrator of longitudinal vibrations and bushing with channel for supply of curing solution embracing said rod, and source of constant voltage connected with opposite phases to rod concentrators of ultrasonic sprayers of resin melt and curing solution. EFFECT: high quality and stable process and operation properties of phenoplasts produced by claimed complex due to uniform distribution of curing agent in resin. 2 dwg
