FIELD: plants for membrane separation processes, applicable for treatment of natural and sewage waters, concentration of solutions, production of demineralized water in chemical, food and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: the membrane plant comprises successively connected sand filter, intermediate vessel, high-pressure pump, permeant collector, restrictor and valves. Use is made of at least three pairs of sand filters and intermediate vessels with sediment unloading lines, and at least two pairs of membrane filters. The intermediate vessels are furnished with microfilters and connected to the concentrate collectors. Each membrane filter is connected through the respective valves to the permeant collector, restrictor and concentrate collector. Continuous proportioning is accomplished by the proportioning pump from the vessel of chemical reagents to the inlet pipe of the delivery pump, which connects the source water collector to the sand filters. The restrictors may be made electrical ones with automatic control. EFFECT: continuous long-time functioning of the plant, reduced expenditures connected with maintenance, automated washing of plant members. 2 cl, 1 dwg
