FIELD: technological process of desalination of mineralized natural and waste water. SUBSTANCE: starting mineralized water is passed under pressure through semi-permeable diaphragms of roll-type diaphragm element obtaining permeant and concentrate. Concentrate thus obtained is chilled first in heat exchanger where heat is transferred to clarified solution and then in crystallizer transferring latent heat of crystallization to cold source. Suspension thus prepared in fed to separator where crystals are separated in form of dry product and clarified is fed heat exchanger to inlet where it is mixed with starting mineralized water. According to second version, starting mineralized water is passed under pressure through semi-permeable diaphragm of roll-type diaphragm element obtaining permeant and concentrate. Concentrate is preheated in heat exchanger by latent heat of crystallization, after which it is evaporated in cooling tower and cooled in heat exchanger by clarified solution; then it is chilled in crystallizer and latent heat of crystallization is transferred to concentrate by means of thermal pump. Suspension thus obtained is fed to separator where crystals are separated in form of dry product and clarified solution is directed via heat exchanger to inlet where it is mixed with starting mineralized water.
