FIELD: wood-working industry, in particular, continuous manufacture of profiled articles. SUBSTANCE: method involves dehydrating wooden blanks by applying voltage providing bipolar flow of liquid; simultaneously performing wood plasticizing, compressing and forming processes in vibratory extruder; performing wood dehydration after bipolar flowing of liquid and surface heating, for instance in infrared field; subjecting formed wood to final drying process in vacuum drying chamber and simultaneously supplying heat into inner wood material by means of microwave magnetic field; gaging by pressing formed and dried wood through gaging vibratory extruder at vacuum drying chamber outlet.
