FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing 2-alkyl-1,4- bis(dialkylaminealum)butanes of formula I C2H5, nC4H9 wherein R is R′; nC4H9, nC6H13, CH2Si(CH3)3 is (R2N)2AlCl which are useful as catalyst complex components in processes of polymerization are oligomerization of olefin and diene hydrocarbons. Method comprises reacting bis(dialkylamine)aluminium chloride and metallic magnesium with mixture of alpha-olefins and chloroethane in the presence of zircoacene dichloride. Reaction is carried out in argon atmosphere at room temperature for 8-12 hours in tetrahydrofuran. Yield of the desired products is 62-79%. Method makes it possible to prepare 2-alkyl-1,4-bis (dialkylaminealum) butanes of formula I having high regioselectivity. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 14 ex, 1 tbl
