ELECTROMECHANICAL PERFORATOR Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2139989 C1

FIELD: machinery and equipment for construction and erection operations. SUBSTANCE: electromechanical perforator has striking and turning mechanism with end-face cam. Concentrically located in it is spring-biased pusher-striker having sliding slot connection with spindle of tool. It is provided with barrel, hollow shaft having bayonet connection with end-face cam by means of L-shape slots in hollow shaft and protrusions installed in holes of end-face cam and double-layer tapered friction coupling. Internal ring of friction coupling has slot spline connection with barrel. External ring of friction coupling has slot spline connection with slot in tool spindle. Barrel has cylindrical configuration. Installed on cylindrical part of barrel is housing of electric drill reducer. Mounted on end of hollow shaft is driven wheel of electric drill reducer. Aforesaid embodiment of perforator uses all gear wheels of electric drill reducer for driving of striking and turning mechanism. Its internal space is used for location of striking and turning mechanism. Diameter of barrel is reduced due to using double-layer tapered friction coupling. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
