FIELD: design and operation of drilling machines. SUBSTANCE: disc cam is connected by flexible coupling to weight and is made fast to disc. Disc is connected by means of rope to drilling head via pulley. Gear wheel of multiplicator is mounted on frame together with centrifugal regulator. Gear is put on central shaft of regulator and engages gear wheel. Central shaft has ratchet surface. Central bushing is fitted with spring-loaded catches. Rack is anchored on drilling head and engages gear wheel. Scale shaft is kinematically coupled to central bushing of regulator. EFFECT: reduced labour input in measurement of translational speed of drilling machine. 1 dwg
