FIELD: power transmission mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: this transmission is especially suitable for application in construction vehicles and machinery. Each intermediate shaft of multiple-stage reversible transmission carries only one coupling clutch, single gear wheel freely seated on shaft and up to two stationary gear wheels. Gear wheels of reversible transmission create set of driving wheels, set of distributing wheels, and driven kinematic circuit. For realization of transmission ratio of other coupling clutch, in addition of set of driving gear wheels, provided is independent driving kinematic circuit consisting of gear wheel stationary mounted on shaft and gear wheel with coupling clutch mounted on its shaft. Aforesaid embodiment of reversible transmission allows for creation of compact-size design with short axial dimension. By using this arrangement and principal of design it is possible at Same structure to create different versions of transmission with different number of stages and different interaxial distances.
