PROCESS OF EXCITATION OF ADDITIONAL SIGNALS OF ECHO Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2140069 C1

FIELD: study of structure of chemical compounds. SUBSTANCE: essence of invention consists in excitation of additional signals of echo that includes two-frequency action on sample containing quadruple nuclei with three-level spin system by two radio frequency pulses on each excited transition with basic frequencies equal to frequencies of two adjacent transitions and in recording of echo signals to them. First radio frequency pulse with duration Δt is fed on upper transition, after its termination first pulse on lower transition is fed and then after τ time, where and T(1)2

and T(2)2
are times of lateral relaxation of lower and upper transitions, couple of radio pulses with basic frequencies equal to frequencies of upper and lower transitions are fed simultaneously. Duration Δt of first pulse on upper transition is set by maxima of additional signals. EFFECT: possibility of observation of all additional signals of echo with maximal amplitude. 3 dwg
