FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment used for whip-grafting method. SUBSTANCE: device has handle 1, knife guiding surface and cutting receptacle 11. Cutting receptacle is made undetachable and open, and is provided with wings 12 pivotally positioned on strips 3 extending perpendicular to guiding surface and made integral with it. Handle 1 has row of openings 16 for fastening of wings 12 and is provided with thrust 4 with faceplate 9. Thrust 9 is continued by ring 5 for receiving forefinger. Guiding surface is made undetachable, with open slot. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved quality of cutting section. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
