SUBSTANCE: method includes transportation of embryonal cells of epithelium of man cornea cultivated in vitro in amount of 200,000 cells in 0.2 ml of physiologic salt solution directly into conjunction along boundary of its necrosis. EFFECT: accelerated reparative regeneration of tissues in zone of injury in serious burns of eye.
