FIELD: medicine, vaccine preparations. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing viral vaccine preparations in the capsulated form. Method involves multiplication of the measles virus on cellular substrate, collection of virus-containing liquid, removal of cellular detritus from the product and addition the stabilizing composition followed by lyophilization of the preparation. The collection of virus-containing liquid is carried out at virus titer 5.0-6.0 lg TCD 50/0.5 ml, not less, and at protein concentration 16 mcg/ml, not above. Sorbitol, sucrose, gelatose and peptone are added to virus-containing liquid as a stabilizing composition up to their final concentration in the mixture 0.8-1.2; 2.5-3.5; 2.5-3.5 and 2.5-3.5 wt.-% of each component of stabilizer, respectively. After lyophilization the dried virus-containing material is milled, placed into capsules and capsules are coated by an acid-resistant acetylphthalylcellulose-base envelope. Method ensures to prepare the live antimeasles vaccine in the capsulated form for oral use. EFFECT: broadened arsenal of vaccine preparations for treatment and prophylaxis of measles, use of the simple and efficient technical equipment. 1 tbl, 6 ex
