FIELD: medicine, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of live measles vaccine producing. Method involves the use of cultural virus-containing liquid (specific activity is 3.3 lg NCD₅₀/0.5 ml, not less) as a liquid form. Live measles vaccine is mixed with gelatin and sorbitol as a stabilizing agent at ratio 1:1 at amount 10% of the live measles vaccine semifinished product, not less. For preparing the liposomal form virus-containing liquid and stabilizing agent are mixed with phosphatidylcholine and cholesterol at the definite ratio of components. Obtained vaccine is administrated in organism by oral route at the single dose 20 000 NCD₅₀ of measles virus, not less. Immunogenicity of vaccine is comparable with that of commercial injection form of the live measles vaccine but does not induce adverse reactions.
