SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base, mannequin positioned on base and held on it by retainer, resilient member formed as spring, cable, supporting coil spring connected with base, conical cavity with wider part directed downward and narrow part attached to oval-shaped frame, and T-shaped frame. Coil spring is fixed in center of horizontal part of T-shaped frame and has upper part secured in top of mannequin's head. Flexible pipe is positioned within coil spring and vertical part of T-shaped frame. Hand attachments are fixed on horizontal part of T-shaped frame.
