FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, in particular to devices of sports equipment for training of wrestlers, and is used to improve the technique of performing the turn-over technique in the stalls in Greco-Roman and free-style wrestling. Device consists of two components. First part of the invention: a dummy mounted on an elongated bar of an Olympic bar, which is located in the middle inside the mannequin. Dummy is rigidly and immovably attached to the bar, the weight of which can be changed by means of common sports pancakes depending on the weight category of the wrestlers using the simulator. Metal semicircles with toothed surface are attached at the ends of the bar at the ends of the bar, on which the discs are put on, to allow the dummy to roll about its axis. Second part of the invention: two separate identical semicircular shafts with a special stepped surface for movement of the dummy in a circle in the area of toothed surfaces. On the basis of rolling motions of metal semicircles with toothed surface at the bar on stepped parts of two shafts the invention allows to simulate an attack on a turnover of a wrestler around its axis with separation from a wrestling mat when performing a turn-over technique to both sides of a throw.
EFFECT: implementation of the training process with the help of this invention provides higher efficiency of the turn-over technique perfected by the wrestlers in the stalls in its standard performance.
