VIBRATORY MIXER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for mixing bulk materials used in different branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: vibratory mixer has toroidal housing, frame, vibration exciter, charging and discharge branch pipes, and inner nozzle fixed in central part of mixer base. Inner nozzle has two spherical members and hemispherical member of different diameters, which are connected in series and joined one to another. Such construction provides intensified mixing process and improves quality of mixture by directing materials to be mixed along compound motion paths and increasing area of contact with vibrating surface.
