FIELD: food-processing, chemical, construction industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: tore-shaped vibratory mixer has frame for supporting working chamber through shock-absorbers, inlet and outlet branch pipes, vibrator, and internal working surface rigidly positioned in mixer base center. Working surface is made in the form of wheel of diameter making 2/3 of equatorial diameter defining surface of working chamber. Wheel is equipped with four spokes of spring steel and is positioned between two hollow cylinders of equal diameter and height. Mixer may be used for mixing bulk or bulk and liquid materials. Resultant mixture has homogeneous structure due to preventing vibrations from attenuation in mass of components, which are not brought into direct contact with working chamber internal wall.
