FIELD: dynamically supported transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: ground-effect machine has fuselage equipped with propulsor. Fuselage includes closed cockpit or cargo compartment, keel and wing. Keel is located in tail fuselage. Fuselage is provided with rudder. Wing is provided with elevators; ground-effect machine is provided with controls. Propulsor may be of screw type or water-jet type; it is provided with engine nacelle and is located in front portion of ground-effect machine. Wing with elevators is mounted in rear section of ground-effect machine. Propulsor may be made in form of drive wheel driven by internal combustion engine. Propulsor may be also provided with drive wheel built in engine nacelle for extension from it in case of replacement of bearing surface. Angle of incidence α_inc relative to longitudinal axis of fuselage may not exceed 30 deg and may be adjusted before flight by means of servo actuator or manually. Engine nacelle may be connected with fuselage by means of flexible hinge or by means of shock absorber. ground-effect machine may be provided with supporting members in form of rear floats. Anti-wings adjustable in angle of attack may be located in front portion of fuselage. Ground-effect machine may be provided with additional propulsor with propeller or reactive thrust.
