SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dynamic air cushion and concerns airfoil boats for movement of the above water surface. Hovercraft comprises one water-jet propeller, wing, fuselage with cabin and cargo compartment, vertical and horizontal stabilizers. Water-jet propeller is located at fuselage tail and is made with full-power water intake, constantly moistened vertical part of which is vertical stabilizer with vertical rudder. At the moistened part full-powerwater intake is horizontal stabilizer with horizontal rudders. Horizontal stabilizer is installed with negative angle of attack.
EFFECT: providing high longitudinal and track static stability, better longitudinal and track control at all modes of motion.
