FIELD: medicine, particularly, urology. SUBSTANCE: method includes obtaining of secretion of prostata by using catheter-electrode with light guide of helium-neon laser which is introduced up to membranous part of urethra, and applied externally to perineum regions is radiator of infrared laser, and time of treatment is registered on timer. Electrostimulation procedure is began from frequency of 5 Hz up to appearance of contractions in patient, and frequency is increased up to 21 Hz. Further on, graph of treatment is followed up to aspiration of prostata secretion into catheter. EFFECT: reduced injury in taking secretion of prostata and higher accuracy of diagnosis of chronic prostatitis.
