FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing rectal electrode into the rectum. Catheter manufactured as tube form electric insulation material is introduced into the urethra. Hole is produced in the distal conic catheter end. Inflatable balloon connected to syringe end piece with thin tube is set. Net-shaped bushing with conic openings is placed below the inflatable balloon. Stainless steel spiral usable as electrophoresis and electric stimulation electrode is wound over draining tube in catheter cavity. Proximal end of the catheter ends with syringe end piece. Electrophoresis with proteolytic enzymes and prostate vibration massage with rectal electrodes are carried out. Electric stimulation of smooth muscle complex of the gland and active suction of stagnated glandular lobe secret is carried out using the urethral catheter. Medicament electrophoresis is carried out through rectal and urethral electrodes. All procedures are applied on the background of hyperthermia created by means of the rectal electrode. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 1 dwg
